10 Fitness Quotes to Keep You Motivated

I am a big quote person. I love inspirational words and scriptures.  I believe that words have so much power and should be used to uplift and encourage. Why beat someone down with your words when you can do so much more by by being positive?  Sometimes reading or hearing something uplifting can give you the extra push you need to keep going.  I found this true in many areas, including fitness.  I’m sharing just a few of my favorite fitness quotes that give me a little extra boost to get up off the couch when it’s particularly hard to.
