I began working out with a Chicago personal trainer, named Nnamdi, from Hour of Change™ in September 2007--just over five months ago. My goals were to lose weight and tighten up. I was a good 30-40 pounds overweight when I started. Very quickly, Nnamdi tweaked my diet and picked out what was good and bad with my diet. In addition, I went on three day per week fitness training sessions with him in Chicago. In this very short time period, I lost 60 pounds and feel better than ever!
